At Matt Rayner Exercise Physiology we also offer small group sessions (i.e 5 people max).
This a great option for those wanting to improve health and fitness in a fun, learning environment. The group atmosphere provides social interaction to increase motivation while still working hard to achieve your goals.
Each group session starts with an initial assessment to discussed medical/training history, establish baseline fitness and your program goals. From there you can book 1 or 2 weekly group sessions.

Reduce belly fat and build muscle through whole body strength training!
WOMENS BODY BLAST
Circuit-based class combining strength and conditioning stations to keep your heart rate elevated while getting strong at the same time!
MENS & WOMENS BONE BUILDER
Increase bone density through high intensity resistance training. Other bone loading exercises to add impact also included (eg jumps).

2x30min supervised sessions weekly, over 10 weeks.
KIDS ON THE MOVE
Improve coordination while having fun in a safe, learning environment.
Develop good movement habits using a combination of bodyweight, bands, balls and light weights.
BETTER BALANCE
Develop power and strength to;
- Improve antivities of daily living
- Reduce falls and fracture risk
-Increase confidence
TYPE 2 DIABETES (Group referral - Bulk billed)
A combination of strength and aerobic exercise.
Build strength, muscle and fitness while benefiting from the muscle pump effect to improve blood sugar levels.
GOLF FIT
Golf conditioning - combining strength, mobility and power to
reduce injury and improve performance.
