As Exercise Physiologists, Matt & Natasha specialise in exercise programming and prescription for;

  • Healthy normal individuals looking to improve strength, body-composition & general fitness.

Matt is a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning coach through ASCA and McGill Method Level 1, 2 &3 certified practitioner through courses attended and knowledge gained with world renowned spine expert, Stuart McGill. Matt enjoys challenging clients to improve their capacity and quality of life, benefiting both physically and mentally! Matt comes from a sporting background, having represented Australia in Tennis. Matt enjoys tending to his vege garden and playing guitar.

Natasha has a special interest in neuromuscular and complex medical conditions and has experience with NDIS, youth development and cardiac rehabilitation. Natasha is passionate about finding the best approach for you to strengthen your body and take control of the condition that bothers you. Natasha loves to travel (recently Canada & Japan), draw and go for a run on the beautiful Sunshine Coast!

Ruby is the studio dog! She is a 5-year old labradoodle who attends the studio weekly. She enjoys attention from clients, lunch-time walks and accepts dog treats for payment. Ruby is also addicted to tennis balls and will often be found with one in her mouth or used as a sleeping companion.

Matt & Natasha have experience with treating chronic health conditions with a special interest in exercise prescription for muscle, joint and neuromuscular conditions! We liaise with other health professonals including Doctors, Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Dieticians, Osteopaths, Sports Doctors and Remedial Massage therapists.
What training does an Exercise Physiologist have?
Education:
-Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP's) have completed a 4 year university degree. 
-Matt & Natasha have both completed a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology degree at Queensland University of Technology. 
 
Skills:
Specialists in exercise for generally healthy as well as complex or chronic medical and musculoskeletal conditions. 

Governance:
Recognised Allied Health Professionals governed by the accreditation body Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA).
